What's changed?
The General Data Protection Regulation is updating the existing Data Protection law. The main demands of the new law is to ensure transparency about data we collect and store , what we do with the data, whom we share it with, how long we keep it for, and to outline your rights in regard to the data we hold.
The Bath House is currently updating its Data Handling Policy in the light of GDPR. We are currently compiling an Information Asset Register which will show:

- Object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground because you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms
- You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), (but complain to our Data Protection Officer first please).
