The Bath House offers a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children learn through creative play and are responded to as individuals. Parents are welcomed, included and able to approach staff with any concerns they have and parents feel happy and confident to leave their children in our care.

In Bunnies Group we understand that for many parents/carers this may be the first time they have left their child in a nursery setting, which could be an emotional, as well as an exciting time for the family. Our staff team are committed to creating a warm and welcoming environment for new starters, and to making to settling-in process as smooth as possible. An individual approach to this process can be discussed to suit the different needs of each child.
Secure attachments are crucial to the settling process, and we aim to build a warm, nurturing and positive relationship with each child and their parent/carer from the start of their time here. We provide a detailed questionnaire for parents to give us all the relevant information we need, to ensure we can provide for every child’s individual needs. Each child will be assigned a key-worker to support them and their parent/carer, and who will be responsible for monitoring their well-being and learning during their time in the group.
